Most people think creativity is about solving problems.

I don’t.

In my experience, the real magic happens when the plan goes slightly sideways. When people react differently than expected. When the neat strategy collides with the messy reality of humans.

That’s where the interesting stuff lives.

So while others are trying to drag the work back to the original plan, I’m usually off to one side, anorak on, happily spotting opportunities.

Because good creative might make things look nice.

Great creative notices the moment something could become better.
